But as the temperature rises, our feelings get bigger, hotter, and harder to handle—until we reach the top, where meltdowns happen. In this video, I’ll show you how to teach kids to check in with their feelings, understand where they are on their ‘Emotion Thermometer,’ and use calming skills before things boil over.
