Coaching Focus

Parent coaching is a collaborative approach focused on empowering you as a parent to effectively support your child’s growth. Through coaching, you’ll receive guidance on addressing everyday parenting challenges, implementing positive discipline strategies, and building a strong, supportive relationship with your child. While therapy works directly with your child to address personal struggles, coaching gives you (parents) tools and insights to navigate parenting with confidence.
